We cordially invite you to attend our “42nd Annual Roundup Exhibition and Sale” opening Gala Weekend, April 25-27, 2025. The Exhibition and Sale will bring together more than 50 top Western Artists presenting more than 150 original works of Western Art. The exhibition will run
through June 7, 2025.


The Events
This year’s exhibition includes three days of art fun, demonstrations and other festivities. Friday and Saturday will include daytime educational opportunities, demonstrations, and a chance for the public to meet and greet with world-class artists.

Friday, April 25, 2025 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The evening event will feature an exclusive high-end cocktail preview party and dinner with a chance to meet artists and preview the art before the exhibition opens to the public. The evening will include a catered steak dinner, adult beverages, music and artist awards. Dress for the event is Fancy Western Chic.


Saturday, April 26, 2025 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Cowboy Breakfast, served from a Chuckwagon with an opportunity to meet with artists. 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The evening event will include Cabo Bob’s Famous Taco Bar, open bar libations, and an art sale featuring more than 150 works of Western fine art. Come prepared to buy art. Dress for the event is Western Chic.


Sunday, April 27, 2025 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Join us for a Cowboy Breakfast and thecelebration of three new members of the Cowboy Artists of America, as they add their boot print, hand print, and signature to the Cowboy Artists of America Garden.

All tables for the Friday evening event will seat up to eight patrons and include seating at an elegantly decorated
